We collect information you provide directly to us when you create an account and use the TenFit AI app:

• Account information: name and email address provided through your authentication provider.

• Player profile data: age, tennis experience, playing style, training preferences, available equipment, performance priorities, and any injuries or limitations you disclose.

• Training data: AI-generated training plans, session feedback (ratings, duration, notes), custom sessions, and exercise completion records.

• Usage data: how you interact with the app, including pages visited, features used, and technical data such as device type and browser.

We use your information to:

• Generate personalized, periodized training plans using AI based on your profile and feedback.

• Track your training progress and adapt future plans to your performance.

• Process subscription payments and manage your TenFit Pro membership.

• Provide customer support and respond to your requests.

• Improve our services, exercise library, and AI coaching logic.

TenFit AI uses large language models to generate your training plans and suggest exercise or session replacements. Your profile data, training history, and session feedback are sent to our AI provider as part of these prompts to produce personalized output.

We do not use your personal data to train third-party AI models. AI processing is used solely to deliver your personalized training experience.

Subscription payments are processed by Stripe, our payment provider. We do not store your full card details — Stripe handles all payment information securely. We retain your subscription status and billing email to manage your membership.

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we remove your profile, training plans, session feedback, and associated data within 30 days. Subscription and billing records may be retained as required by law or for dispute resolution.

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with the service providers that help us operate the app:

• Authentication providers for login.

• Stripe for payment processing.

• Our AI/LLM provider for training plan generation.

• Cloud infrastructure providers for data storage and hosting.

These providers process data on our behalf under appropriate data processing agreements and only to deliver the services we require.

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you.

• Correct inaccurate or incomplete data.

• Delete your account and associated data.

• Object to or restrict certain processing.

• Receive a copy of your data in a portable format.
